It is the very heart of Odessa, the soundproof windows and a balcony overlook the pedestrian Deribasovskaya street that is the main street of Odessa. It is very close to all famous Odessa entertainments and sights. Restaurants are at every other door here, supermarkets, banks, night clubs, are in a few meters! Irish Pub is across the street, in a few steps from the apartment, McDonalds is in a half of short block, Steak House is in 2 minutes of walk. Famous Opera House is just around the corner. This apartment is one of 4 absolutely separated apartments with original different interiors. Rancho "Paradise" was designed as the French village of the 18th century. White, artificially aged stylish furniture, original textile, the real large fresco at the bedroom, the real pergola as the dining area and a lot of other unusual things here create the atmosphere of luxury and comfort. Apartment has 2 rooms: Living room-studio with the pull out couch, large modern TV with the Satellite 628 channels, dining area as beautiful pergola, the balcony overlooking Deribasovskaya street and a Bedroom with nice French Queen size bed, working place with computer, check room with the safe box. The entrance into a bedroom is from the Living room. From the Bedroom you may enter the Bathroom, that has a spacious shower cabin, washbasin and toilet. There is modern computer with TFT monitor, WiFi internet if you use your Lap Top. Water filter will make your life easier as you won't have to carry the water from the stores. We provide a lot of other things that makes a stay comfortable, including for example, even umbrella for the case of a rainy weather. Maid works for you every day: cleans your room, does your laundry and ironing. All services are INCLUDED into the price. Towels are changing every other day and bed sheets at every 4th or 5th day. ...............................
